On June 4, Market Management Team No. 1 under the Market Management Department of Quang Binh province said that the unit had inspected compliance with the law in business activities at Le Thi Tuyet business household in Nam Ly ward, Dong Hoi city.
During the inspection, the authorities discovered 235 packages of packaged food such as sausage, green rice sausage, fish balls, young cartilage filling, fried Popcorn chicken, and fried chicken thighs that were all expired according to the information stated on the packaging.
In addition, the business household also had 420 packages of Spaghetti noodles produced abroad but could not present legal invoices and documents, violating regulations on smuggled goods.
Market Management Team No. 1 has drawn up a record of administrative violations against business owners for two acts: trading in expired goods and trading in smuggled goods.
All the violating exhibits have been temporarily detained and sealed for further handling according to the provisions of law.
