On August 6, Mr. Ta Anh Tuan, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision assigning tasks to the Provincial Traffic Construction and Rural Development Investment Project Management Board (abbreviated as Board A).
Accordingly, Mr. Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, was assigned to directly direct and operate Board A from August 1 until the position of director was completed according to regulations.
Board A was established in 2017. This is a special public service unit under the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.
This unit is under the direction and management of the organization and operation of the Provincial People's Committee; professional guidance and coaching of the Departments of Construction, Agriculture and Environment and related agencies and units.
The unit has the function of establishing, appraising and approving investment projects for construction of transport and agricultural works, rural development; organizing bidding, selecting construction contractors, supplying materials and equipment.
