On July 16, the DT. 770B Road Construction Project is being implemented by the investor and contractor, and at the same time, site clearance for the project is being carried out.
The DT. 770B Road Construction Project passes through 9 communes and wards of Dong Nai City, with a total length of about 42.7km, starting point intersecting with DT. 763 road and ending point intersecting with National Highway 51, with a total investment of 4,704 billion VND.
The project also connects Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial parks, Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, Cai Mep - Thi Vai seaport area (HCMC).
According to the plan, the road is invested in construction with a complete scale of 6-8 lanes, 60m wide. In phase 1, the road is invested in construction with a scale of 6 motorized lanes, 45.5m wide.
The project also builds 14 bridges and 6 traffic intersections on the route.
DT. 770B route is identified as one of the strategic traffic axes, connecting the northern and eastern areas of the city with National Highway 51, expressways, industrial parks, logistics centers and especially Long Thanh airport.
When completed and put into operation, the route will open a new transport corridor, contributing to reducing the load on existing traffic routes, shortening the travel time of goods, reducing transportation costs, and improving the efficiency of connection between industrial parks and production zones with the seaport and international airport system.
This will be an important driving force to improve Dong Nai's competitiveness in attracting investment, promoting the development of processing and manufacturing industries, logistics and high-value service industries.
