Accordingly, the Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee requested the Phu Tho Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with the People's Committees of Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh wards to conduct surveys and choose suitable locations to arrange decorative symbol clusters in the Square area in the ward.
At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Construction, Hy Cuong Commune People's Committee and Hung Temple Historical Relic Area to review and install a system of arch gates to decorate along the road to the relic site according to the selected plan; arrange a number of decorative symbol clusters at locations around the relic site.
In addition, coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to urgently dismantle logos of 64 provinces and cities attached at locations in some communes and wards; and at the same time install logos of 34 provinces and cities, completing them before the Hung Kings Festival.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Construction to closely coordinate with the Land Fund Development Center in the process of completing the design plan and deploying the installation of decorative symbol clusters.
People's Committees of communes and wards urgently review the system of logos and slogans that are no longer suitable for the current administrative boundaries to have plans to dismantle and replace them; survey and select suitable locations to arrange decorative symbol clusters in the area, creating a joyful and excited atmosphere to serve people to enjoy Spring and celebrate the traditional Tet of the nation.
