On the morning of November 19, the Vietnam women's team offered incense at the Hung Temple Historical Site (Phu Tho), expressing their respect to the Hung Kings, before entering the next training phase to prepare for the important mission at the 33rd SEA Games.
In the sacred atmosphere, coach Mai Duc Chung and his team expressed their determination to successfully complete the important tasks ahead, aiming to achieve high results at the 33rd SEA Games. The players also expressed their desire to contribute, their fighting spirit for the flag and shirt and the pride of Vietnam.

In the early morning of November 21, the whole team will leave for Japan for training. In Nagoya city, the Vietnam women's team plans to have high-intensity professional training sessions and 3 friendly matches to test the force and perfect the strategy.
This is considered an important preparation step, creating a foundation for the team towards the 33rd SEA Games taking place in Thailand in December. The training session is expected to help the Vietnamese women's team improve their physical strength, train their mettle and competitive spirit.

At the 33rd SEA Games, the women's team is in Group B with opponents Malaysia, Myanmar and the Philippines. The Vietnam women's team is currently in the process of transferring its strength, with many young players needing time to train and develop.
Before leaving, the women's team was at a disadvantage when midfielder Nguyen Thi Van was injured in the afternoon practice match on November 18, 2025.
