On April 14, 2026, the Task Force for piloting the "green channel" mechanism of the province issued Notice No. 48/TB-TCT on: Assigning tasks to members of the Task Force to pilot the "green channel" mechanism in resolving administrative procedures to serve the goal of double-digit economic growth in Phu Tho province (abbreviated as the Task Force).
To ensure effective, synchronous, and timely deployment of the "green channel" mechanism in resolving administrative procedures, the Task Force assigns tasks to members, specifically as follows:
The Head of the Task Force is Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, who directs and takes general responsibility for the entire operation of the Task Force; directs the handling of issues arising beyond the authority of members; chairs periodic and unscheduled meetings to review the progress of implementation; advises and proposes to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to handle difficulties and obstacles in the process of piloting the "green channel" mechanism.
Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee - Standing Deputy Head of the Task Force helps the Head of the Task Force manage the regular activities of the Task Force, monitor and urge departments, agencies, branches, and localities to deploy task implementation, summarize the situation, advise and report to the Head of the Task Force and the Provincial People's Committee when requested; propose adjustments and supplements to the process and list of implementing the "green channel" mechanism.
The Director of the Department of Finance - Deputy Head of the Group presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to regularly review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to update the criteria and list of projects applying the "green channel" mechanism, ensuring compliance with the actual situation. At the same time, be responsible to the Head of the Group for organizing the implementation of the "green channel" mechanism in the financial sector.
The Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment - Deputy Head of the Group is responsible to the Head of the Group for organizing the implementation of the "green channel" mechanism in the field of Agriculture and Environment.
The Director of the Department of Construction - Deputy Head of the Group is responsible to the Head of the Group for organizing the implementation of the "green channel" mechanism in the construction sector.
Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks - Deputy Head is responsible to the Head of the Group for organizing the implementation of the "green channel" mechanism within the scope of industrial parks.
The Director of the Department of Industry and Trade - Deputy Head of the Group is responsible to the Head of the Group for organizing the implementation of the "green channel" mechanism in the field of Industry and Trade.
Directors of the above-mentioned departments, agencies, and sectors proactively review and streamline the process of resolving administrative procedure dossiers, applying information technology to classify dossiers, determine priority levels for groups of work contents, ensuring that the resolution time is shortened by 50% compared to current regulations.
Specifically for the Management Board of Industrial Parks, along with ensuring a 50% shortened resolution time, the resolution of returning dossier results needs to be processed within 24 hours.
Previously, on March 27, 2026, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 968/QD-UBND on piloting the implementation of the "green channel" mechanism in resolving administrative procedures to serve the goal of double-digit economic growth.
On April 1, 2026, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1004/QD-UBND on the establishment of a Working Group to pilot the above mechanism.
