Officials in agricultural, cultural and other promotion careers: 18,324 people (including 16,471 positions receiving salaries from the budget, 1,853 positions receiving salaries from career revenue sources), arranged and arranged according to the Central's instructions.
The city will also end the use of part-time workers at the commune level for 4,635 people.
Regarding the arrangement plan, for the number of redundant cadres (including Secretary; Deputy Secretary; Chairman; Vice Chairman of the People's Council, People's Committee and heads of socio-political organizations) will be based on the standards prescribed on cadre work, selecting those who meet the standards to carry out the process of perfecting leadership positions according to regulations.
The city will transfer cadres and civil servants to work in other units with shortages of positions and titles or civil servants in organizations of the political system at the provincial and grassroots levels.
Arrange the staffing quota for civil servants receiving budget salaries from the total number of positions assigned by competent authorities, ensure the implementation of staff streamlining, restructuring and improving the quality of the civil servant team, and promote autonomy for public service units according to sectors and fields in accordance with the conditions and characteristics of the area.
At the same time, implementing regimes and policies for people subject to staff streamlining according to regulations.
