On August 31, Vice Chairman of Ba Dinh Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) Nguyen Thi Doan Trang said that about 8,000 priority seats will be arranged by Ba Dinh Ward on the sidewalk of Tran Phu and Hung Vuong streets where the parade and parade group will pass from the afternoon of September 1.
The number of seats has been increased by about 2,000 compared to the rehearsal ceremony to meet the needs of veterans and meritorious people, creating a solemn space and organizing the official ceremony.
In addition, Ba Dinh ward will also arrange accommodation for overnight stays on August 31 and September 1 for the elderly and children.
The People's Committee of Ba Dinh Ward arranged 6 locations for people to stay overnight, including: Phan Chu Trinh Primary School (No. 40-42 Nguyen Thai Hoc); Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School (No. 67 Cua Bac); Nguyen Cong Tru Secondary School (No. 8 Nguyen Truong To); Kindergarten No. 10 (Lay 100 Doi Can); Floor 1 of the Ward Cultural and Information Center (No. 60 Ngoc Ha); Ngoc Ha market (No. 5 Ngoc Ha Street).
The parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2 with the participation of about 30,000 people (excluding parades and marches) and armed forces and the masses. There were participation of parading forces from guest countries.

To serve the Ceremony, Hanoi will proceeded to block roads and organize traffic from 10:00 p.m. on September 1 to 1:00 p.m. on September 2.
People traveling in the central area need to proactively monitor information and choose alternative routes to limit congestion and ensure smooth traffic during the event.
