According to the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward, by December 11, the compensation payment, support and site clearance for the Dai An Industrial Park Expansion Project (phase 2) had been 100% completed, qualified to hand over the clean site to the investor to implement the next steps.
The project is a focal point of the city in industrial development, playing an important role in attracting investment and expanding the economic and social space of the western part of the city. Immediately after receiving the assignment, Tu Minh ward closely coordinated with the investor, mobilizing the entire political system with a proactive and decisive spirit.
Propaganda and mobilization work has been carried out closely at the grassroots level; Land origin and compensation plans have been counted and determined publicly, transparently and in accordance with the law. The ward leaders have repeatedly inspected the scene and dialogueed with households to resolve arising difficulties.
The completion of compensation payments will help the project enter the infrastructure construction stage early, creating conditions to attract investment, increase economic growth, shift labor structure and improve local competitiveness.
Tu Minh Ward said it will continue to coordinate with departments, professional offices and investors to hand over the site on request, while strengthening the management of construction order and land, ensuring progress and efficiency of project implementation.
