    Information from the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police, affected by the circulation of storm No. 10, heavy rain caused upstream water to flow, causing Lam River to rise, causing deep flooding on National Highway 1 in Nghi Xuan Commune and Bac Hong Linh Ward.

    In particular, some sections were flooded more than 1 meter deep, making it impossible for vehicles to pass.

    After the incident, on the morning of September 30, the authorities placed road barriers at both ends of the flooded route and arranged traffic diversion, guiding vehicles to enter National Highway 1, Hong Linh bypass.

    The Ha Tinh Traffic Police Department requires drivers to strictly follow the instructions of the traffic police force, not trying to cross the flooded area to ensure safety. The Traffic Police Department will continue to monitor and promptly inform the people.
