On April 5, many boats and canoes of fishermen in Thach Tri commune have come ashore in a compartment filled with sea corals. After quickly selling them right on the beach, many fishermen continue to go out to sea to fish because there are many Jars at sea.
Fisherman Nguyen Dinh Loan (67 years old, residing in Toan Thang village, Thach Tri commune) - said that his boat has a capacity of 24CV, going to sea from the evening of April 4 to this morning, having caught 3 seaweed shipments with a total output of about 6-7 tons, earning more than 8 million VND.
According to Mr. Loan, in the past two days, there have been many Jicama on the sea of Thach Tri commune and neighboring localities, so fishermen have been hit by the sea. There are ships that hit big, hitting 4 trips/day earning nearly ten million VND.
A leader of the People's Committee of Thach Tri commune - informed that in the past few days, fishermen have mainly gone out to sea about 5 nautical miles from shore to catch a lot of seaweed. In particular, many ships earn 6 - 7 million VND per day, or even higher.
All seaweed after being brought to shore were purchased by unit owners on the spot.
After that, the facilities continued to prepare and transport them for domestic consumption and export, especially to the Chinese market.
Continuously fishing for bighead sharks has helped local fishermen have a good source of income, so they are very excited.
