On the afternoon of September 12, Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Chairman of Nam Ba Don Commune People's Committee, Quang Tri province confirmed that a rock landslide had just occurred in the Len Voi area, Tien Phong village.
At about 9 am on the same day, two large rocks from Len Voi mountain suddenly fell, blocking the road surface, obstructing people's travel.
Fortunately, at the time of the incident, there were no people or vehicles passing through the area, so no casualties or property damage was recorded.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Nam Ba Don commune government directed relevant units to inspect the scene and organize the removal of landslide rocks to ensure traffic.
According to local authorities, prolonged heavy rain for many days may be the cause of cracks in the rocks on the mountain, leading to landslides on the road.
The locality will inspect and install warning signs in landslide-prone areas to ensure safety for people and vehicles traveling.
