Initial information said that the accident occurred around 00:15 on the same day, on National Highway 1A (section passing sub -area 6, Ha Trung town, Ha Trung district). The BKS 35C-012.XX tractor is controlled by Mr. Pham Van Minh (SN 1979, residing in Khanh Phu commune, Yen Khanh district, Ninh Binh province), which is circulating in the North-South direction, when coming to the territory suddenly rushed into the opposite lane.
At this time, the passenger car carrying BKS 15B-020.XX was controlled by Mr. Van Manh Vuong (SN 1988, residing in An Do commune, Binh Luc district, Ha Nam province) in the South-North direction, which was hit by tractors.
In addition to hitting the passenger car, tractors also crashed into a car carrying BKS 36A-217.XX parked on the side of the road and poured the iron fence gate of Ha Trung District Party Committee.
As a result, after the accident, about 20 people in the car was injured, many of which were seriously injured and had to transfer to Thanh Hoa General Hospital for emergency treatment.
