On the morning of March 29, Road Management Office III. 1 (Road Management Area III) said - at about 0 am on the same day, a truck with license plate 81C-125. 09, a tractor-trailer 82C-004. 62 pulling a trailer 82R-003. 60 and a vehicle 82G-000.35 were traveling on the Ho Chi Minh road.
When reaching Km1362+400, the section passing through Kham Duc commune (Da Nang City), these vehicles had a chain collision with a truck with license plate 50E-485. 04 running in the opposite direction.


The accident damaged many vehicles. Among them, truck 81C-125. 09 and truck 50E-485. 04 were heavily damaged. Fortunately, the incident did not cause any casualties.
The accident occurred in the middle of the night, causing traffic on the Ho Chi Minh road through Kham Duc commune to be congested. Functional forces then arrived to handle the scene and regulate traffic.
By 6:45 am on March 29, the scene of the accident had been resolved, and traffic returned to normal.
According to Road Management Office III. 1, the accident location is a straight road section, with a slope of about 2%, the road surface consists of 2 lanes, without a median strip. This area is located outside a densely populated area and does not have a night lighting system.
At the time of the incident, the road surface was dry, and the traffic safety system was still effective.
