Dong Thap Electronic Information Portal reported that on the afternoon of September 5, Provincial Party Secretary Le Quoc Phong chaired a meeting with members of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Cao Lanh - An Huu Expressway Construction Project, phase 1 on the implementation status of the Project.
After listening to the report, the Secretary of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee requested relevant units to focus highly, proactively remove difficulties, and ensure the project's progress is in accordance with the set goals.
Units strive to focus on managing capital disbursement well; reporting problems to find timely solutions; strengthening inspection, urging, and reviewing to ensure timely completion.
Regarding construction materials, the Secretary of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee directed to speed up sand exploitation, carefully study the source of unloaded sand; Regarding the source of stone materials, proactively work with relevant units to ensure sufficient supply for the project, calculate solutions to meet the stone demand for component project 2.
As for the Department of Construction, Mr. Phong requested the Department to advise on plans related to residential roads, ensuring people's lives when the expressway is put into operation; units and investors work with construction units to quickly and promptly resolve problems arising during the construction process.
It is known that by September 4, the progress of component project 1 with implementation value reached more than 66%; Component project 2 with implementation value reached about 48%.
