According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province, the whole province currently has 17 industrial clusters (CCN) established. Among them, 9 CCNs have been put into operation, attracting 45 investment projects with a total registered capital of over 8,200 billion VND.
The occupancy rate of ICs reached an average of nearly 50%. With dozens of businesses and secondary investors operating, jobs have been created for more than 10,200 workers, contributing 153 billion VND to the 2025 budget for Tuyen Quang province.
In fact, in recent years, ICs have made important contributions to solving local employment, especially in rural areas of Tuyen Quang province.
For nearly 3 years now, Ms. Hoang Thi Mo (Son Thuy commune) has no longer had to work outside the province, hundreds of kilometers away from home. After deciding to return to her hometown and work at Phuc Ung Industrial Cluster, which is only more than 7km from home, Ms. Mo has had conditions to take care of her family.

Now there are many jobs to do in the countryside, more factories and enterprises. I work as a garment worker, salary is nearly 8 million VND/month, income is not lower than before but I am close to home, it is very convenient to go out in the morning and return home in the evening," Ms. Mo shared.
Phuc Ung IC currently has the highest occupancy rate in Tuyen Quang province with over 98%, currently there are about 15 businesses operating in the fields of textiles, garments, footwear, electronic components, creating jobs for over 3,000 workers.
After the administrative boundary merger, Tuyen Quang province is assessed to have more space for industrial development, creating favorable conditions for effective exploitation of resources. Industrial clusters put into operation have attracted many secondary investors with diverse industries.
For ICs that are in the technical infrastructure construction phase, Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee requests investors and related units to focus on completing procedures, definitively resolving land issues, accelerating construction progress, and soon putting them into operation.

Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc - Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee said that creating a clean land fund is a prerequisite for the province to improve its competitiveness in attracting investment. Bottlenecks in site clearance, planning, land, and environment need to be quickly focused on removing.
Accelerate the progress of infrastructure investment in the spirit of clear work, clear responsibility, clear completion time, and not let prolonged obstacles lose investment attraction opportunities," Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc emphasized.
According to the adjustment of Tuyen Quang Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050, striving to 2030, Tuyen Quang province has 12 IPs, with an area of about 3,096ha and 48 ICs, with a total area of about 2,450ha.
After the merger, Tuyen Quang province has removed 11 CCNs from the planning that are no longer suitable for an area of 185 hectares, this will help focus resources on areas with advantages, improve competitiveness, and contribute to creating jobs and sustainable growth.
