Mr. Ha Van Binh - Chairman of Cam Xuyen District People's Committee - said that immediately after receiving information about the tornado that occurred on the evening of June 12 that caused the roofs of 27 houses in Trung Tien village, Cam Trung commune to be blown off and damaged by the tornado, the District People's Committee directed local forces to support people to overcome the consequences.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Cam Trung commune was assigned to count the level of damage so that the district could have a basis to support the affected families to soon stabilize their lives.
On the morning of June 13, the Military Command of Ha Tinh province also mobilized nearly 100 officers, soldiers, standing soldiers and militia to help people overcome the consequences of the tornado in Cam Trung commune.
According to the leader of Cam Xuyen People's Committee, due to the weather still raining and strong winds, the work of repairing and re-roofing houses for people has encountered many difficulties. However, with the highest efforts, the houses with light roofs blown off have been repaired. For houses with heavy roofs blown off and damaged, forces are continuing to support the repair and repair.
