The fishing boat owned by Mr. Hoang Quang Thanh (born 1995, residing in Ha Thon residential group, Dong Hoi ward, Quang Tri province) was stranded at coordinates 17°29'39" - 106°37'56". At this time, the weather at sea is complicated, forecast to have monsoons in the afternoon of the same day, posing a potential risk of unsafety for people and vehicles.
Faced with the above situation, the ship owner proactively contacted the Border Guard force to request support in pulling the rope, coordinating with other ships to bring the vehicle out of the stranded area and move to a safe location.
Immediately after grasping the incident, Nhat Le Border Guard Station quickly dispatched 1 canoe and 3 officers and soldiers to approach the scene, deploying necessary support measures to ensure absolute safety for fishermen and fishing boats.
