In addition, the decision to establish 3 Party Committees was announced: General Staff Department, Political Department, Logistics - Technical Department; 5 Party Committees of the Regional Defense Command; Party Committee of the Border Guard Command.
Along with that is the decision to transfer the 90th Mixed Company Party Cell to be under the Party Committee of the 2nd Defense Command - Dien Khanh.
Colonel Truong Thanh Viet - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command requested the newly established Party organizations to quickly stabilize their organization, promote the spirit of solidarity and democracy, and comply with the Party's leadership principles.
