On July 7, at the Krong Pac Commune Public Administration Service Center, the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union held a launching ceremony for the youth volunteer force to support the operation of the 2-level local government model.
At the ceremony, Mr. Luong Minh Tung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - launched the establishment of a Youth Volunteer Team in 102 communes and wards across the province.

After the launching ceremony, many union members, youth, cadres, civil servants, and public employees from provincial departments, branches, and commune-level agencies participated in performing the task.
They support people to operate on public devices, install and use VNeID applications, electronic identification accounts, and guide the use of online public services in communes and wards during office hours (8am - 10am and 2pm - 4pm) during the week.

Mr. Luong Minh Tung emphasized that the activity aims to promote the impact role of the young force in supporting the commune-level government to operate stably, helping cadres, civil servants and people to access and effectively use public services and digital platforms.
Thereby, creating an environment for training and dedication to young people, contributing to building a digital government and digital society from the grassroots.
