The Long Thanh Branch Land Fund Development Center has transferred the list of households with houses on the land to the People's Committee of Long Thanh commune to prepare documents to consider and resolve resettlement arrangements according to regulations.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Dong Nai is expected to complete and hand over the entire project site to the investor in December 2025.

Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) has approved the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh Expressway expansion project, part of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, with a total investment of nearly VND15,000 billion.
