On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2025) and the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day, many activities of officers and soldiers at Brigade 168 (Military Region 2) were deployed to maintain discipline, improve professional qualifications and carry out political tasks.
In which, Captain Le Xuan Trieu - Political Commissar, Secretary of the 2nd Company, Battalion 1 - is a young cadre participating in many tasks related to political and ideological education, digital transformation and mass mobilization work.
Born in 1996 in Hanoi, raised in peacetime, after graduating from high school, Mr. Le Xuan Trieu was admitted to the Artillery Officer School.
During his studies, he was recognized for his mastery of artillery expertise and training in basic skills of commanding officers.
After graduating with the rank of Major in 2018, Mr. Trieu was sent to the Political Officer School for training, where he studied political theory, Ho Chi Minh's ideology and political work in the army.
As a Political Commissar and Secretary of the 2nd Company Party Cell, Captain Le Xuan Trieu is in charge of political work and ideological education for officers and soldiers. He coordinated with the Party Committee and commanders of the units to develop plans and organize activities to raise political awareness, contributing to maintaining discipline and unifying actions throughout the company.
In 2023, the Party Cell headed by the Captain will deploy the topic " Pioneering Party members in digital skills learning" - a content in the digital transformation movement of the army. Party members are instructed on how to use administrative management software, exploit online learning platforms and other information technology applications.
The goal of this activity is to improve work efficiency, while creating conditions for soldiers to access technology and digital skills in performing their tasks.
In addition to political tasks, Captain Le Xuan Trieu and officers and soldiers participated in local mass mobilization activities, including supporting people and participating in building new rural areas. The captain also participated in the 2023 Law Sketch Writing Contest organized by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and won the Encouragement Prize with the work "Defense and Responsibility".
This work is recognized for its ability to raise legal issues, contributing to the propaganda and education of disciplinary compliance for the army.
Lieutenant Hoang Van Trung - Lieutenant Captain of the 1st Platoon - said: "Changile Le Xuan Trieu is a Political Commissar with a stable ideological stance. He is interested in guiding and assisting subordinates in work and daily activities, and at the same time coordinating the implementation of tasks with the unit's collective".
Although he is considered an active and exemplary young officer, always at the forefront of all tasks, Captain Le Xuan Trieu believes that he needs to continue to practice, learn professional knowledge and political theory, and listen to the opinions of soldiers to carry out the tasks.
I determined to study and practice continuously, while fully performing the assigned tasks to maintain the stable operation of the unit, said the Captain.
