Project of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee
The Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee renovation project is located in Dong Tam ward, Yen Bai city, invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total capital of more than 145 billion VND.
The project is constructed by Hoang Trung Construction Joint Stock Company, Thai Son Corporation Limited Company, and T-Group Investment Group Joint Stock Company as contractors.
The building started construction in the first quarter of 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. Once completed, it is expected to be a highlight of the urban architectural space of Yen Bai province.
According to Lao Dong's report on December 17, the construction progress of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee Renovation Project is estimated to reach more than 70%.
Mr. Truong Quoc Son (32 years old, Dong Tam, Yen Bai city) said that as a son of Yen Bai, he is very proud to see the change in the appearance of the Provincial People's Committee as well as other administrative agencies.
"As a resident living and working in Yen Bai, I feel very proud because my hometown is becoming more and more beautiful, developed and modern," said Mr. Son.
Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee Headquarters
Not far away, the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee Headquarters and Party Committees Project is located in Dong Tam Ward, Yen Bai City, invested by the Yen Bai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total investment of about 410 billion VND.
The project is constructed by Lanmak Real Estate Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as the contractor, with a construction scale of 7 floors, including 1 ground floor and 6 working floors, construction area of 3,512.79m2, total floor area of 16,424.26m2.
The project started on July 7, 2023 on the site of the old Provincial Party Committee headquarters, and is expected to be completed in January 2025. To date, the implementation progress is estimated to have reached over 50% of the contract value.
Hundred billion convention center
The project is invested by the Management Board of Construction Investment Projects of Yen Bai province, with a scale of 4 floors, construction area of about 2,500m2, total floor area of about 10,000m2.
The project has a total investment of 350 billion VND and is constructed by a joint venture of Lanmak Real Estate Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Son Tay Construction, Trade and Service Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Termite Control Joint Stock Company.
Construction started on December 26, 2023 and is expected to be completed on June 17, 2025.
Last November, during the progress inspection of the three projects, Yen Bai Provincial Party Secretary Tran Huy Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the investor and contractors in overcoming difficulties caused by weather conditions and natural disasters to ensure the construction progress as planned.
Especially with the Conference Center Project, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Huy Tuan emphasized that this is a key project, of great significance to serve the province's political events and is a welcoming project to organize the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Therefore, investors and contractors need to focus on mobilizing all resources to further speed up progress and ensure the required quality.
