Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Thanh Ha, Tu Ky, Ninh Giang, Gia Loc, Thanh Mien, Binh Giang and Cam Giang districts to carry out procedures to dissolve the Traffic Department in accordance with regulations.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Justice and relevant departments and branches to guide the People's Committees of districts to carry out the procedures for dissolving the Traffic Department according to regulations. Guide the People's Committees of districts to review and consider recruiting those who were civil servants and public employees before transferring to work at the district-level Traffic Department.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Transport to guide the bidding process for the management and maintenance of traffic infrastructure in the districts.
Assign the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to guide the People's Committees of districts to terminate labor contracts, resolve regimes and severance pay for workers and employees according to the provisions of the Labor Code (for employees, or in cases where the District Leaders no longer have the need to switch to working as civil servants or public employees).

Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Social Insurance to guide, direct and coordinate with relevant units to resolve unemployment insurance for workers and laborers according to regulations.
