On July 2nd, according to information from Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), the works belonging to component project 1, Headquarters of state management agencies at Long Thanh International Airport (Long Thanh airport) have basically completed construction work, contributing to gradually completing the infrastructure system serving airport management, operation and operation in the coming time.
The project includes 6 works: Customs Headquarters; Southern Airport Authority Headquarters; Headquarters of the Immigration Department; Police Headquarters; Animal Quarantine Station; Plant Quarantine Station.
Currently, ACV is focusing on completing the connection of electricity, water and technical infrastructure systems to other completed component projects. Through this, the headquarters of state management agencies will be connected to the infrastructure system and common utilities of Long Thanh airport, gradually ensuring the necessary conditions for state management agencies to be ready to operate as soon as the airport goes into operation.
According to the plan, Long Thanh airport will be commercially operated at the end of 2026.

According to information from Dong Nai City People's Committee, the International Health Quarantine Headquarters project at Long Thanh airport is expected to complete construction and equipment installation by the end of December 2026. The project was approved for investment policy by Dong Nai City in September 2025 with a total investment of about 161 billion VND from local budget capital.
