Early implementation of 9 projects to renovate and upgrade schools in Tan Uyen ward, Ho Chi Minh City

On October 10, units of Tan Uyen Ward People's Committee are reviewing and urging units to implement 9 projects to renovate and upgrade schools in the area.

According to the People's Committee of Tan Uyen Ward, the ward is currently assigned to manage 10 schools, including 4 kindergartens, 3 primary schools, 1 secondary school, and 2 inter-level schools.

Regarding the renovation and upgrading of schools, there are currently 4 projects that have investment policies and budget approvals including: building a new green library and a multi-purpose gymnasium of Huynh Thi Chau Kindergarten; repairing and upgrading the back yard, roof of the teacher's car, multi-purpose house of Le Thi Trung Secondary School; renovating and upgrading the concrete back yard, roof of the teacher's car of Uyen Hung Primary School. The Ho Chi Minh City real estate market research report for the third quarter of 2025 by real estate consulting firm Knight Frank shows that the average primary selling price in Ho Chi Minh City reached about VND94 million per square meter, an increase of 8.8% over the same period last year.
