Transferring the case of " mistakenly building" nearly 50 houses on other people's land to Ho Chi Minh City Police
On October 30, the authorities said that the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee had transferred the petition of Mr. Truong Minh Ky (residing in An Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) to the Ho Chi Minh City Police. The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee requested the Ho Chi Minh City Police to consider and resolve the matter in accordance with the provisions of law and notify the results of the settlement to the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

This is a long-term complicated lawsuit by Mr. Truong Minh Ky against Mr. L.V.H and some people who built houses by mistake on the perennial land plot No. 87 (large 5,802 m2) on map sheet No. 16, Tan Khanh ward (formerly Tan Phuoc Khanh ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province).
