The People's Committee of Bao Loc City (Lam Dong) has just issued a document implementing compensation and resettlement support when the State reclaims land to implement the Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project.
The People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to advise on the implementation of land acquisition and specific land price development.
Calculate compensation and resettlement support when the State reclaims land according to authority and regulations.
The time to complete the construction of the land price list and calculate compensation is in March 2025.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Branch of the Land Registration Office to advise the City People's Committee on direction on measurement and map making to serve the work of land acquisition and compensation for site clearance.Completion time is before March 5, 2025.
The People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the City Construction Investment Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Branch of the City Land Registration Office and the People's Committees of wards and communes to review cases within the scope of land acquisition subject to resettlement according to regulations.
After that, report and propose a resettlement plan for land users in the above subjects to ensure compliance with regulations before March 5, 2025.
The People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Finance and Planning, Urban Management, the Management Board of City Construction Investment Projects and localities with expressways passing through, to urgently carry out tasks related to compensation, support, resettlement, and land recovery.
Prepare sufficient resources, develop a plan and a specific implementation roadmap for each step, report and advise the City People's Committee to organize the implementation of compensation and site clearance work in accordance with procedures and plans.
In case of difficulties or problems, promptly report to superiors for direction and resolution according to regulations.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai has directed to strive to start construction of Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressways before April 30.
These are the last two expressway projects of the Dau Giay - Lien Khuong expressway.
The Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway project is about 66km long, with a total investment of VND17,200 billion. The project proposal unit is a consortium of investors represented by Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company.
The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway project is nearly 74km long, with a total investment of about VND19,521 billion. The project proposal unit is a consortium of investors represented by Phuong Trang Group Investment Joint Stock Company.
