Phu Nhuan Ward was established on the basis of merging Wards 8, 10, 11, 13 and part of Ward 15. The new ward has an area of 1.46 km2 and a population of 68,420 people.
The headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the Public Administration Center of Phu Nhuan Ward is located at 159 Nguyen Van Troi Street - the current headquarters of the People's Committee of Phu Nhuan District.
Cau Kieu Ward was established on the basis of merging Wards 1, 2, 7 and the rest of Ward 15. The new ward has an area of 1.23 km2, population of 62,663 people.
The working facilities of Cau Kieu Ward are arranged at many locations: Party Committee headquarters at No. 6 Cam Ba Thuoc (old Ward 7 People's Committee headquarters); People's Council and People's Committee headquarters at No. 18 Doan Thi Diem (old Ward 1 People's Committee headquarters). Public Administration Center at 458 Phan Xich Long (old Ward 2 People's Committee headquarters).
Duc Nhuan Ward was established from the merger of Wards 4, 5 and 9. The ward has an area of 2.16 km2, population of 71,495 people.
The headquarters of the Duc Nhuan Ward Party Committee is at 92 - 94/7 Tran Khac Khoan (old headquarters of the People's Committee of Ward 9). The headquarters of the People's Council, People's Committee and the Public Administration Center of Duc Nhuan Ward is at 744 Nguyen Kiem Street (old headquarters of Ward 4 People's Committee).
