The project of the route from Thuy Van Industrial Park to the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang road, Viet Tri city was approved from the end of 2024 according to Decision No. 4089 of the People's Committee of Viet Tri city.
This is a Group B project with a total investment of nearly 396 billion VND from the supporting superior budget, the Viet Tri city budget and other legally mobilized capital sources. The Viet Tri City Infrastructure Construction Project Management Board is the project investor.
According to Lao Dong, the project investor has recently issued a decision approving the selection of a contractor for "package No. 13: Construction and installation of works" of the project. This package has an estimated price of nearly 340 billion VND.
According to the approval decision, the Joint Venture of the Thuy Van Industrial Park Road Construction Package with 3 contractors including: Tu Lap Construction Company Limited (as the main consortium), Capital Energy Development Joint Stock Company, Viet Tri Urban Services and Environment Joint Stock Company - won Package No. 13 for nearly 335 billion VND (saving about 5 billion VND compared to the estimate).
Thus, after a long wait (invitation for bidding from 10.4.), the consortium of the above 3 contractors will implement the construction of a road with a total length of more than 4.5 km, passing through the communes of Thuy Van, Thanh Dinh and Chu Hoa of Viet Tri city.
According to the project dossier, the route has the first point (Km0) at the intersection with Truong Chinh Street, Thuy Van Industrial Park; The end point (Km4+543,04) at the intersection of Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang street (direction parallel to the two roads).
It can be seen that the starting point of the project route connects to the main road through Thuy Van Industrial Park, this area has many large factories with a large number of workers,
The route is built with the goal of completing the inter-district traffic framework system in the southwest of the city; ensuring a complete, synchronous, and modern traffic infrastructure.
At the same time, meeting traffic needs and serving production and trade in economy, connecting the regional transport network, minimizing environmental pollution, ensuring traffic safety, environmental landscape, contributing to the stability and development of the socio-cultural economy of Viet Tri city.
