Component project 3 belongs to the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project with a length of more than 11 km, with the starting point intersecting with the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, the ending point intersecting with the B culvert belonging to Nhon Trach bridge, with a total investment of 2,584 billion VND.
In which, the project will invest in building 5 km of expressway connecting to component project 1A, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project at the intersection with provincial road 25B. Currently, the 5 km long main expressway section of the project has been technically opened to traffic.
