According to initial information, at around 11:45 p.m. on July 8, at Km 220+100 of the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway in Ham Liem Commune, Lam Dong Province, passenger car 78F - 002.64 traveling in the North - South crashed into the rear of the passenger car 85F - 000.37, which was having an accident, stopping in the same direction ahead.
