Da Nang - Tra Leng mountainous commune, which was once cared for by the whole country after the landslide, is reaching out to the people in the flooded areas of Nghe An with all its affection.

On the morning of August 8, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Leng commune (Da Nang city) held a launching ceremony to support people to overcome the consequences of floods, towards the people of Nghe An province who are suffering heavy damage.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chau Minh Nghia commune emotionally recalled the painful memories of 2020, when the terrible natural disaster in Tra Leng took the lives of many innocent people, swept away houses and properties, and left behind a bag of mourning. At that moment, the people of Tra Leng received cover and sharing from all over the Fatherland - an invaluable source of encouragement to help the locality recover from the loss.

Because we have been cared for, we deeply understand the value of sharing. Now seeing people in other places in trouble, cadres and people of Tra Leng cannot stand aside," said Mr. Nghia.
