Dak Lak - Hoa Thinh commune is a flood center, many villages are isolated by floodwaters, people lack food.

On November 22, Mr. Le Trung Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Thinh Commune (Dak Lak Province) said that by the morning of the same day, many areas in the commune were still submerged in floodwater. Many villages were deeply flooded and completely isolated.

Rescue vehicles had difficulty approaching the scene due to the unidentified road, causing the rescue work to be delayed. When the floodwaters suddenly rose, the locality fell into a passive situation, "disrupting the battle".
