On November 22, Mr. Le Trung Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Thinh Commune (Dak Lak Province) said that by the morning of the same day, many areas in the commune were still submerged in floodwater. Many villages were deeply flooded and completely isolated.
Rescue vehicles had difficulty approaching the scene due to the unidentified road, causing the rescue work to be delayed. When the floodwaters suddenly rose, the locality fell into a passive situation, "disrupting the battle".

Mr. Hien said that the authorities are still making efforts to deploy rescue and provide food to people in deeply flooded areas.
Relief trucks are gathered in the nearest area to promptly deliver necessities to the people.

Many villages such as My Canh, My Lam... are still deeply flooded. Due to interrupted communication, the locality has not been able to update the number of people killed by floods.

Currently, Hoa Thinh commune is still submerged in water and isolated. The entire traffic system was paralyzed, phones lost signal, and people in flooded areas were lacking necessities.
