The program was organized directly and online from the Hanoi Party Committee headquarters to the ward and commune bridges.
Speaking in response, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City - Ms. Bui Huyen Mai said that in recent days, in the face of the particularly heavy and serious flood situation in the Central and Central Highlands provinces, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai has called on the entire people to support compatriots affected by historic floods; deeply demonstrating the tradition of "Love others as you love yourself", "The healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" of the Vietnamese nation.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, Ms. Bui Huyen Mai called on all cadres, party members, union members, members and people of the capital to join hands towards the Central - Central Highlands region.
According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, in 2025, in the face of complicated natural disasters and serious damage in many localities, with the spirit of "Hanoi is a city of love", "Hanoi for the whole country, Hanoi and the whole country", the City Fatherland Front Committee has advised the city to allocate more than 158 billion VND from the Relief Fund to support people in 18 provinces and cities affected by storms and floods and post-storm circulation.

Hanoi has also allocated 10.12 billion VND from the Relief Fund to directly support the people of the capital to overcome the consequences of floods, soon stabilize their lives and production. These results continue to affirm Hanoi's tradition of solidarity, humanity and high responsibility to the community. Faced with the complicated heavy damage in the Central and Central Highlands, more than ever, the humanistic spirit of the nation needs to be spread strongly.
The Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City urgently requested agencies, units, socio-political organizations, armed forces, enterprises, cadres, party members, union members and association members to actively respond to the campaign. Every heart, every contribution - no matter how small or large - is extremely valuable at this time.
Member organizations of the Front and the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in Hanoi will implement the campaign synchronously and unifiedly according to the direction of the City Party Committee and the guidance of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of 126 communes and wards organized a direct launching ceremony right after the opening session of the online conference this morning, creating a spirit of spreading throughout the system.
The Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi emphasized: This is an activity of special importance, aiming to create a synchronous response throughout the Front system. The simultaneous launch demonstrates the spirit of unified direction and high determination; at the same time, strongly spreading the affection, responsibility and sharing of cadres, party members and people of the capital towards the people of the Central and Central Highlands who are facing difficulties.
She also noted that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of 126 communes and wards will promote their core role in mobilizing, gathering the strength of great solidarity and proactively advising on the implementation of this support package; ensuring the timely reception, management and allocation of resources - the right subjects - public - transparent, in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, city leaders and delegates participated in supporting. The total amount of donations for the people of the Central and Central Highlands collected at the City Party Committee's bridge point was 279,250,000 VND.
