According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, in 2025, in the face of complicated natural disasters and serious damage in many localities, with the spirit of "Hanoi is a city of love", "Hanoi for the whole country, Hanoi and the whole country", the City Fatherland Front Committee has advised the city to allocate more than 158 billion VND from the Relief Fund to support people in 18 provinces and cities affected by storms and floods and post-storm circulation.
