On June 23, a leader of the Traffic Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police confirmed that the unit had received information about an officer in the industry who spoke inappropriately to traffic participants.
The unit is verifying the person who posted the clip to clarify the issue and request the officer to explain the incident.
"If it is true as the clip posted, this is an inappropriate behavior and must be strictly handled. The unit will propose to transfer this officer out of the traffic police force," added the leader of the Traffic Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police.
Previously, a clip appeared showing a man riding a motorbike being asked to stop by a traffic police officer on National Highway 26. After stopping the vehicle, the man was asked to blow alcohol concentration twice.
After checking, the officer asked the man: "Have you done a little yesterday?"
The man argued: "5 years ago I didn't drink alcohol, why did you say that I did a little yesterday".
At this time, the traffic police officer said: "You're crazy, he smokes too". Traffic participants argued: "I don't smoke".
The traffic police officer said: "You should have a rotten mouth...".
The incident then became more tense when the two exchanged words.
