This is a Group B project, urban traffic works - inter-regional roads, level II.
The investment in the project to build a 40m and 48m road connecting from Viet Hung Urban Area to Ngo Gia Tu street to connect and complete the traffic network, strengthen traffic connection with the framework traffic infrastructure system of Viet Hung ward according to the approved plan.
The total length of the project is about 732.5m, of which the 40m road is about 422.5m long, with a cross-section of 40m. The starting point is Ngo Gia Tu street, the ending point is the current 40m road.
The 48m road has a length of about 310m, a cross-section of 48m. The starting point is Ngo Gia Tu street, the ending point is the current 48m road through Viet Hung urban area.
Main investment items: Site clearance; construction of road, sidewalk, curb systems, traffic organization; green trees, water supply, drainage, lighting, technical trenches, underground and above ground movement.
The total investment of the project is nearly 697 billion VND.
The total land area expected to be recovered is 33,117m2.
In which, the number of households and individuals is about 246 households (the number of households completely recovered: 163 households; the number of households subject to subdivision: 83 households); 1 defense unit (Regiment 280 - Ministry of National Defense) about 729m2; 2 agencies (VietinBank Bank (934m2) and Long Bien - Hapro Commercial Investment Joint Stock Company (115m2); agricultural land managed by the Ward People's Committee (oil pond) is 1,881m2.
