According to initial information, at around 10:00 p.m. on July 5, 3 students (all born in 2007), residing in Quynh Phu commune, on a motorbike with license plate 37L1-489.xx were traveling at high speed on National Highway 48B. When reaching the curved road near Song Ngoc parish, the motorbike suddenly crashed straight into an electric pole on the side of the road.
The strong collision caused all 3 students to fall onto the road and lose consciousness on the spot. People quickly took him to the emergency room, but 2 out of 3 students died. The remaining victim was seriously injured and is being treated at the hospital.
According to the records at the scene, all 3 students were not wearing helmets when driving motorbikes at night.
