According to initial information, at about 15:34 on November 28, at Km159+970 of Yen Bai - Co Phuc section, the Hanoi - Lao Cai railway line (belonging to Minh Long residential group, Nam Cuong ward, Lao Cai province) had a railway traffic accident.
At that time, the cargo ship with registration number D19E-977 driven by N.T.N traveling in the direction of Lao Cai - Hanoi collided with a motorbike with license plate 21B1-560.xx, driven by Mr. Ninh Van D (born in 1969, in Hoa Cuong 1 village, Tran Yen commune, Lao Cai province) traveling from Provincial Road 163 to Hop Thanh residential group, Nam Cuong ward.
As a result, the motorbike was thrown away from the railway and severely damaged, and Mr. Ninh Van D was seriously injured.
As soon as the information was received, the authorities promptly arrived to protect the scene and take the injured to Lao Cai General Hospital No. 1 for emergency treatment.
