Implementing the strengthening of construction order management in the area, on the afternoon of April 9, functional forces of Tu Minh ward, Hai Phong city temporarily seized exhibits and vehicles violating at 3 construction projects that violated the content of the permit on Vu Cong Dan street.
Accordingly, the working group made a record of administrative violations, and at the same time seized tools and equipment serving construction at the site. Previously, the ward's functional forces issued decisions to impose administrative penalties on violating cases; however, households still intentionally continued construction against regulations.
Faced with this situation, Tu Minh ward has resolutely applied preventive measures and handled them in accordance with the law, in order to ensure discipline in the field of construction order, contributing to preserving urban beauty and ensuring safety in the area.
In the coming time, Tu Minh ward will continue to strengthen inspection and supervision, promptly detect and strictly handle cases of construction order violations, and prevent the occurrence of illegal and wrongly licensed construction projects.
