The authorities invited the bus driver Mr. P.T.S (born in 1991), residing in M'Drak district, and the car driver Mr. H.V.Q (born in 1977, residing in Krong Pac district to work.
After verification, Mr. H.V.Q admitted that due to being impatient when participating in traffic, he had committed inappropriate behaviors and behavior.
The authorities have drawn up an administrative violation record for Mr. Q for the act of "Stop the vehicle in violation of regulations, causing traffic congestion".
The fine is from 4 million to 6 million VND (the additional fine is to deduct 2 points from the driver's license).
