On the morning of January 7, before the information that Gas Station 919 (Que Anh Private Enterprise) did not accept transfers from motorbike customers to refuel, as reflected by Lao Dong Newspaper, Market Management Team No. 3 (Lam Dong) worked with the store owner.

Through working, the market management agency requested Mr. Tran Dai Phu, the legal representative of Gas Station 919, to provide documents related to gasoline and oil business and retail activities.
Representatives of Market Management Team No. 3 have propagated and explained to gas station owners that bank transfer payments (non-cash payments) are an inevitable and central trend in the digital transformation process.

Mr. Vu Trong Dinh, Head of Market Management Team No. 3 (Lam Dong Market Management Sub-Department), said: After inspection and propaganda, we requested the legal representative of Gas Station 919 to sign a commitment "Implementing regulations in the production and business of goods and services".
According to Mr. Dinh, bank transfer payments bring convenience and safety, contributing to promoting the digital economy, international integration, changing user behavior towards digitization and towards a cashless society.
Therefore, establishments producing and trading goods and services, including gasoline and oil business activities, need to respond to contribute to the effective implementation of the digital transformation process according to the general trend.
Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on January 6, reporters received reflections from many people in the area of Bao Loc City (old) about Gas Station 919 not accepting transfers for motorbike customers, causing public outrage.
Through working, representatives of Gas Station 919 said that due to some difficulties in the operation process, they temporarily did not accept transfers for customers riding motorbikes to refuel.
