On June 27, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh - Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Maritime Port Authority - said that Ha Tinh Maritime Port Authority will require ship owners to mark the location of the sunken Cong Thanh 07 ship, release warning buoys, develop a plan to salvage the ship, submit to competent authorities for approval and supervise the salvage plans to ensure safety.
