The 25th Gumball 3000 supercar journey will officially start this afternoon (September 15). The group will visit the Cu Chi tunnels, then go to Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia before ending the journey in Singapore on September 21.
Before the supercar convoy set off, rapper Binz attracted attention when he appeared with a beautiful yellow Lamborghini Gallardo.
According to research, there are only 2 "intact" first generation Lamborghini Gallardo supercars currently appearing in Vietnam. In addition, there are 2 other cars but the damage is almost beyond repair.
The Lamborghini Gallardo was also the first supercar to appear in Vietnam in 2007. The car imported to the country at that time was owned by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong (Cuong Dollar).
The Lamborghini Gallardo was produced from 2003 to 2013. It was the best-selling car at the time with 14,022 units sold, a record that was later broken by the Urus.
The Gallardo stopped production in November 2013 and was replaced by the Huracan in 2014. However, this model is no longer produced.
In terms of performance, the first generation Lamborghini Gallardo is equipped with a 5.0-liter V10 engine that produces a maximum capacity of 493 horsepower and maximum torque of 510 Nm.
The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, with a maximum speed of 309 km/h.
