At this time, the demand for vehicle registration usually increases because many vehicle owners take advantage of completing procedures before the Lunar New Year. However, records at some registration centers in Ho Chi Minh City show that there is no overloading situation.

On January 8, Mr. Tran Manh Cuong (Bay Hien ward) came to complete personal vehicle registration procedures at Motor Vehicle Registration Center 50-02S (Hoa Binh ward) even though he did not register the appointment schedule in advance. According to Mr. Cuong, the reception took place quickly.
Today everything went very smoothly, I arrived at about 9 am, it was almost an hour and I finished, I didn't have to wait long," Mr. Cuong shared. According to Mr. Cuong, the current registration work has had many improvements, creating convenience for people.

At the same time, Mr. Le Vinh (Tan Binh ward) said that the registration took place quickly thanks to actively registering appointments in advance through the application.
I arrived on time as registered, waited about 30 minutes for my turn, I didn't see any jostling or congestion," Mr. Vinh said.

Talking to reporters, a representative of Motor Vehicle Registration Center 50-02S said that before and immediately after the New Year holiday, the number of vehicles coming for registration increased due to concentrated demand, averaging about 250 vehicles/day.
In recent days, the number of vehicles has decreased and gradually stabilized, currently about 180-200 vehicles/day and may continue to decrease," the center representative informed.

According to this person, the center currently operates 3 inspection lines, including 2 large vehicle inspection lines and 1 small vehicle line. People who have registered appointments in advance through the application will be prioritized when the number of vehicles is large, helping to shorten waiting times.
