Certified copy or electronic copy of the original or electronic copy issued from the original book of one of the following documents: temporary residence card, permanent residence card, diplomatic identity card, official identity card (for foreigners).

Military driving license issued by the Ministry of National Defense or confirmed by the issued agency in case of loss of driving license (for military driving licenses issued by the Ministry of National Defense).
The driver's health certificate issued by a medical examination and treatment facility that meets the standards prescribed by the law on medical examination and treatment is still valid.
Copies of documents proving that they are no longer in service in the People's Army and People's Public Security (in the case of military driving licenses issued by the Ministry of National Defense and driving licenses in the People's Public Security).
