From October 8, 2025, Deo Ca Group will offer free roads for all relief convoys of localities to overcome the consequences of storms No. 10 and 11 when passing through toll stations managed and operated by Deo Ca.
According to the Vietnam Road Administration, in recent days, storms No. 10 and No. 11 (storm Bualoi and Matmo) have caused great devastation and damage to people and property, seriously affecting all aspects of life and socio-economic development in the northern mountainous provinces, the North Central and the Central regions of our country.
Implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 176/CD-TTg dated September 29, 2025 on urgently overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10 and floods; promoting the spirit of solidarity, "mutual love and support", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves"; to support the transportation of relief goods to affected areas, helping people overcome the consequences of floods, stabilize their lives and restore production; in Official Dispatch No. 5285/CDBVN-KHTC dated October 8, the Vietnam Road Administration requested investors and project enterprises to consider and direct toll stations to use roads to route transport goods for free tours for transportation of relief goods when passing through flood areas.
Immediately after receiving the request, Deo Ca Group announced that it would exempt tolls for all relief vehicles from October 8.
The Vietnam Road Administration requires units to coordinate with the Regional Road Management Area and relevant local agencies to organize lane division, traffic flow, and traffic guidance so that the above vehicles can travel through toll stations as quickly as possible. The entire temporary suspension of toll collection and exemption for the above vehicles must be recorded and have records and data on toll collection fully archived in accordance with regulations.
