As Lao Dong has reported, in recent times, a series of driving practice vehicles of Viet Nhat College of Technology (in An Tuong ward, Tuyen Quang province) have publicly violated traffic laws.
Accordingly, the practice vehicles of this facility often cross the fixed median strip to turn around, change direction to the central wards of Tuyen Quang province or join National Highway 2.
After a long time of being pushed by practice vehicles, the fixed median strip has become an "unnecessary" opening. This poses a danger to vehicles participating in traffic.
On December 4, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of the Traffic Police Department of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that the images of the practice vehicles of Viet Nhat Technology College violating the law had enough basis to handle the case.
After receiving the information, the unit went directly to work with the school.
"Images of the violating vehicles have been deployed by the unit to announce the penalty through images in the form of fines. Up to now, some cases have been punished, some vehicles are in the appointment period but have not been seen to work.
During the working process, the school representative also admitted that there was an opening ceremony for the fixed classification tournament. Currently, this location has been rebuilt," the leader added.
According to the leader of the Traffic Police Department of Tuyen Quang Province Police, there are currently not enough vehicles to serve the driving practice at the school. Some individuals with vehicles have contributed to performing teaching service contracts.

"Viaoiaoids that are still under a contract with a driving school are easy to handle. At the time of the inspection, some cases had violated for a long time and now no longer have contracts with training centers.
The unit has issued a notice to handle cases that have not complied, and will assign them to the patrol team for control. In case of patrolling and discovering these vehicles, they will be handled on the road," the leader added.
The situation of driving lessons at Viet Nhat Technology College violating traffic laws not only makes people upset but also makes many students studying driving at this facility question the quality, discipline and management of driving instructors.
According to the Road Traffic Law, fixed median strips have the effect of preventing collisions, organizing traffic flows and enhancing traffic safety, absolutely prohibiting vehicles from passing.
Driving a vehicle through the median strip can be fined from 4 to 6 million VND and have a driver's license revoked for 1 to 3 months. In addition, depending on the situation, drivers may also be handled for driving in the wrong part of the road, lane or not obeying road signs. The unit managing the practice vehicle may also be held responsible if violations occur.
