The Traffic Police Department said that from 12:00 on November 19, 2025 to 12:00 on November 20, the AI Camera detected many vehicles that were fined.
Of which, the AI Camera at km 20 of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway recorded 11,654 vehicles passing through at an average speed of 76 km/h. The camera detected 6 cases of not wearing a seat belt. These violations are all reported to vehicle owners for handling according to regulations.
Through extracting data from AI cameras piloted in Hanoi's inner city (Le Van Luong street), it was recorded that: 2 cases of driving in the wrong lane.
These cases have been transferred to the Hanoi City Police and functional units to carry out procedures to handle violations.

According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, car drivers will be fined VND400,000-600,000 for not complying with the commands and instructions of traffic signs and road markings.
Fines of VND 600,000 - 800,000 for drivers who violate the law by changing lanes in the wrong places or without warning signals or changing lanes incorrectly according to the regulation "each lane change is only allowed to change to one adjacent lane".
If the car driver drives the wrong way and causes a traffic accident, he/she will be fined 20-22 million VND and have 10 points deducted from his/her driving license. With the above penalty, drivers need to pay close attention to the mistake of driving in the wrong lane and not complying with signs and road markings.
Failure to wear a seat belt is subject to a fine of VND800,000 to VND1,000,000.
