On May 17, functional forces of Dak Lak province are handling and clarifying the cause of a traffic accident that caused a tractor-trailer to overturn on National Highway 29, passing through Ea Knop commune, Dak Lak province.
According to initial information, at about 5:30 am on the same day, Mr. T.Q. C (resident of Da Nang city) was driving a tractor-trailer with license plate 43H-041. XX pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 43H-001. XX, carrying plastic sheets, traveling on National Highway 29 in the direction from Phu Yen to Dak Lak.
When reaching the curved road section in Ea Knop commune, due to thick fog in the early morning and limited visibility, the driver lost control of the steering wheel, so the vehicle overturned to the right side of the road in the direction of traffic.
The accident did not cause any casualties. However, the vehicle was damaged. The bus company has self-organized to remedy the consequences and move the vehicle away from the scene.
Currently, the cause of the accident is being further clarified by functional agencies.
